NASA astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore return to Earth

Astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are back on Earth after spending nine unplanned months in space.
The two waved as they emerged from the SpaceX Dragon, off the coast of Florida.
The astronauts left Earth in June 2024 for an eight-day mission to test Boeing Starliner’s capsule. But the capsule suffered technical issues, following which they stranded at the ISS.
The crew is doing great: Steve Stich, Nasa’s Commercial Crew Program.
He added, that they’ll spend “some time” on the recovery ship before making their way back to Houston.
